European online platform for the settlement of disputes between consumers and traders
According to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, consumers have the option of settling disputes with traders in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts out of court via an online platform (ODR platform).
